Shipping + Delivery
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. If you're located elsewhere, please contact concierge@esqueby.com to explore custom shipping options.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your custom garment is complete and approved for delivery, standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be included in your invoice before delivery. All packages are fully insured and include tracking.
If a draft muslin is required and shipped prior to final production, that cost will be reflected in your invoice.
Studio Pick-Up & Concierge Delivery
We highly recommend in-studio pick-up for final fittings. Visiting our SoHo studio allows our team to ensure every detail is perfect before your piece leaves our hands.
For added convenience, we offer complimentary concierge delivery on qualifying orders ($750 and up) within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Delivery windows are coordinated in advance and available Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.
All pickups or deliveries must be scheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing concierge@esqueby.com.
Returns + Adjustments
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each garment is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any bespoke or made-to-measure pieces.
Alteration & Fit Policy
We conduct multiple fittings and design checkpoints to ensure your garment fits as intended. If any fit or quality concerns arise within 5 business days of delivery, please contact us. We’ll do our best to make reasonable adjustments or repairs at our discretion.
Pre-Shipping Checklist & Care Tips
Each piece is thoroughly checked before it leaves our studio. For best results, we recommend:
- Trying on your piece as soon as it arrives
- Storing it in a cool, dry place
- Keeping perfumes and products away from delicate fabrics
- Steaming lightly only when needed; avoid machine washing or drying
If you ever have care questions, our team is here to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders are shipped with full insurance and tracking. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out immediately. We’ll help file a claim and find a resolution.
